I don't use the TODO list in tracc as I maintain one elsewhere, thus I'd like to either remove this functionality or make it optional.

Since removing is easier and I see no particular reason to maintain a todo list in a tui with bad input (see #2) instead of a text editor, I'd rather remove it.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
